Mercy Medical Center, Mt. Shasta needed to sustain its visibility while parent company, Dignity Health was undergoing a major rebranding. Additionally, it needed to convince Mt. Shasta women that they didn’t need to travel to a big city for sophisticated breast imaging; Dignity does all the most contemporary imaging right in little Mt. Shasta.
In our localized, integrated marketing campaign we skipped all of the healthcare clichés and went instead for charm and whimsy. A local tv buy told the hometown story and increased Mercy’s visibility all while endearing them to the locals.
